<p>Disclosed is a compound represented by general formula (I), a salt thereof, an N-oxide form thereof, or a solvate thereof (the symbols in formula (I) are as defined in the description). The compounds incur little risk of side reactions and have a sustainable and potent CXCR4 antagonistic action, and hence are useful as a preventive and/or therapeutic agent for inflammatory/immunologic diseases, infectious diseases (e.g., HIV infections), diseases accompanying HIV infections (e.g., acquired immunological deficiency syndrome (AIDS)), cancers, cancerous metastases, mental/nervous diseases, cardiac/vascular diseases (e.g., retinopathy), metabolic diseases, cancer diseases, etc. or as a regenerative medicine.</p> |
