PURPOSE: An optical receiver enabling a pointing on a screen of a display apparatus using a moving direction and orientation angle of optical source is provided to improve a user convenience by easily pointing a spot. CONSTITUTION: An image sensor(505) images the phase of the light source. An image signal processor senses location and brightness of the phase imaged in the image sensor. A cursor on the screen of the display device for including the optical receiver(502) is carried according to the image processing result from the image signal processor. The difference of the location which cursor points on screen is the traveling direction of the light source and directional angles is used to direct.
