METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING NON-WOVEN FABRIC COMPOSED METAL OXIDE NANOFIBER

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing non-woven fabric including metal oxide nanofiber is provided to fabricate a fabric material of far-infrared radiation characteristics which includes an aluminum oxide. CONSTITUTION: A PVP(Polyvinylpyrrolidone) polymer solution is prepared, and an aluminum hydroxide gel is prepared. Through the mixture of the PVP polymer solution and the aluminum hydroxide gel, a spinning solution is prepared. The electrospinning of the spinning solution, the complex nano fiber nonwoven including the aluminum hydroxide-PVP is fabricated. Through the plastic deformation of the complex nano fiber nonwoven, PVP polymer resin-removed aluminum oxide nano fiber nonwoven is prepared.
