The blower has rotor blades (1) designed such that the blower has same conveying direction independent of rotation direction of a driveshaft, where the blower is flexibly connected with the driveshaft. A blower hub (3) is flexibly connected with the driveshaft, where the rotor blades are rotatably supported at the blower hub. A rotation axis (2) is supported in the blower hub and/or an air guiding ring (6) that radially surrounds the rotor blades, where outer ends of the rotor blades are connected radially by a blower ring.
