PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display device is provided to stably operate an internal operating circuit even though static electricity is generated. CONSTITUTION: Gate lines and data lines are arranged on the first substrate. An LCD panel(100) includes the second substrate bonded with the first substrate. Gate driver integrated circuits are located on the first substrate. The gate driver integrated circuits operate the gate lines.
