An operator position system and an implementing method for calling the operator positions are provided by the present invention, wherein, said method includes: after the incoming call arrived the operator position system, obtaining the calling number from the database, searching the number information corresponding to the calling number, and extracting indication text information from said number information; converting said indication text information into indication speech information, then playing said indication speech information. The present invention improves the usability of operator positions products, and optimizes the Man-Machine environment of the software, therefore can improve the working efficiency of the position operators.
