PURPOSE: An opening/closing device for a portable terminal opening and closing the terminal by the rotation of body parts is provided to rotate the plates in feeling of click by closing and opening plates in a slide mode. CONSTITUTION: A link module(150) and a slider(130) connect first and second plates(120). The link module is slid between the first and the second plates. The slider is fixed to the second plate. The slider has a rotatable rotating shaft(140). The slider is slid according to a straight line guide part of the first plate. A power module(160) controls the rotation of the rotation shaft about the first plate.
