METHOD FOR FABRICATING CONDUCTIVE MICRO-PATTERN

PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a fine conductive pattern is provided to improve the electric conductivity of a fine pattern using a laser-induced deposition method. CONSTITUTION: A receiving substrate is arranged in a laser processer(S100). A metal thin film layer and a polymer layer are successively on the lower side of a transparent substrate. The transparent substrate is arranged on the receiving substrate. Laser is radiated to the upper side of the transparent substrate(S200). A metal seed pattern layer is formed on the upper side of the receiving substrate(S300). The metal seed pattern layer is reinforced by implementing non-electrolytic nickel plating process(S400).
