PURPOSE: A service relaying server using an image maximizing the advertizing effect is provided to use a service using the image and maximize the effect. CONSTITUTION: A phone interface unit(210) forms an application program(120) and a data communications channel of a portable terminal(100). A DB stores a pattern identifier of an image, a relation for a service and an image generation time. The image is transmitted from the portable terminal. A service providing unit refers to DB. The service provider determines the service about the portable terminal from the same pattern identifier. |
