Provided is a polyurea electrolyte that comprises a polyurea resin formed by polymerizing a first compound having two or more isocyanate groups and a second compound having two or more amino groups. The polyurea electrolyte is characterized in that the first compound or the second compound comprises ten or more carbon chains, and in that the first compound or the second compound comprises a sulfonate group or a carboxylic acid group. Additionally provided is a production method for the abovementioned polyurea electrolyte, that is characterized by involving a process for neutralizing the sulfonate group or the carboxylic acid group in the first compound or the second compound by means of a neutralizer, a process for polymerizing the first compound and the second compound following the neutralization process, and a process for removing the abovementioned neutralizer from the polymer of the first compound and the second compound following the polymerization process.
