CONSTITUTION: A query recommending module(311) helps the input of the searching rule and search word. A setting information recovery module(312) classifies the query language according to element and restores. An instruction analyzing module(313) grasps the existence of instruction of the restored query. A message recovery module(314) changes the query language based on the searching rule information database and shortcut database into a message. A redirection module(315) returns the message to a user.
