The present invention relates to an apparatus for creating permanent waves (wave perms) for hair. The device for making wave perms, according to the present invention, comprises; a winding roll for rolling hair; and a plurality of guiding vanes, which protrude from the circumference of said winding roll, for guiding hair to roll along a spiral path, wherein said guiding vanes protrude in opposite directions from one another on both sides in a radial direction from said winding roll, are spaced apart from each other towards around the axis of the winding roll, and one side of each guide vane is staggered with reference to the guide vane on the opposite side. According to the present invention, the device for making wave perms has guiding vanes protruding on both sides in radial directions from said winding roll, which precisely guide the location and direction for rolling hair so that even beginners can easily and precisely roll their hair for making wave perms and anyone can create consistent standard and quality waves. |
