Provided is a solid pharmaceutical composition that exhibits an inhibitory effect on activated coagulation factor X (FXa), is useful as a preventative and/or therapeutic agent for thrombotic disease, and exhibits good solubility. Said pharmaceutical composition contains a compound represented by formula (I), a pharmacologically-permitted salt thereof, or a solvate of either. The content of the compound represented by formula (I) is at least 0.5% and less than 15% of the total weight of the pharmaceutical composition.
