The present invention relates to a displacement device, comprising: a base segment (12), a working segment (14) at a distance from the base segment, a linkage arrangement (18) connecting the base segment and the working segment to each other, and a drive segment (55) coupled to the linkage arrangement for transferring displacement drive force in order to displace the working segment relative to the base segment between at least one working position and at least one retracted position, wherein the linkage arrangement comprises a scissor kinematic mechanism made of two force parallelograms connected to each other and a carriage displaceably guided thereon.
