The present invention relates to a multi-functional hybrid microstructure in which an immediate-release drug delivery method through a hollow microstructure, a sustained-release drug delivery method through a biocompatible/ biodegradable microstructure, and an electroporation through a solid microstructure are integrated to simultaneously realize functions of each of the microstructures and to improve the efficiency of transdermal drug administration and the efficiency of intracellular gene delivery. The present invention also relates to a method for producing the multi-functional hybrid microstructure.
