Provided is a back electrode type solar cell (8) which includes a semiconductor substrate (1), and an electrode (6) for a first conductivity type and an electrode (7) for a second conductivity type, which are disposed on one surface side of the semiconductor substrate (1). The position of the center (2b) in the width direction of a first contact region (2a), i.e., the semiconductor substrate (1) region in contact with the electrode (6), is shifted from the center of the electrode (6) in the width direction. A solar cell provided with a wiring sheet, said solar cell using the back electrode type solar cell, and a solar cell module using the back electrode type solar cell are also provided.
