A managing method and device for configuring base stations are provided by the present invention, and the method comprises the following steps: acquiring the identity information of a user (S102); selecting an operation mode corresponding to the identity information of the user (S104); and prompting the user to configure and manage the configuration parameters of the base station under the operation mode (S106). Application of the present invention can reduce the work of a common maintenance personnel, improve the work efficiency of a common maintenance personnel and save the operation and maintenance cost. |
