PURPOSE: A saddle for a ferrule is provided to simply close a ferrule mounted on a main water pipe regardless of the pressure of tap water applied to the main water pipe. CONSTITUTION: A saddle for a ferrule comprises an upper saddle(100), a lower saddle(200), a cap(300), and a cap valve(400). The upper saddle covers the upper part of a main water pipe. The lower saddle is coupled with the upper saddle, covering the lower part of the main water pipe. The cap having an internal space in which a ferrule mounted on the main water pipe is arranged is connected to the top of the upper saddle. The cap valve comprising a discharge tube is installed on a side of the cap.
