The disclosed mobile communication method essentially consists of a step wherein a serving gateway (S-GW) connected to an interworking function (IWF) by a GPRS Tunneling Protocol (GTP) transmits a connection request of a mobile station (UE) as a GTP-C signal to the IWF, and a step wherein the IWF transmits a connection response containing QoS information for the mobile station (UE) contained in a connection response received from a home policy and charging rules function (hPCRF) to a serving gateway (S-GW) as a GTP-C signal.
