Disclosed is a semiconductor integrated circuit device provided with a semiconductor memory device, wherein the memory cells of the memory cell array in the semiconductor memory device can be supplied with voltage allowing normal characteristics and operating of the semiconductor memory device to be maintained, without increase in inspection costs, even when there is production variation in the threshold voltage of the transistors of the memory cells and age-based degradation from long term use. Also disclosed is electronic equipment provided with the same. The semiconductor integrated circuit device (100) is provided with a semiconductor memory device (1) which is equipped with a memory cell array (10) comprising a plurality of memory cells (MC); a monitor circuit (2) which monitors the characteristics of the memory cells (MC); and a voltage output circuit (4b) which is connected to the semiconductor memory device (1) and feeds power to the semiconductor memory device (1). The voltage output circuit (4b) is configured so that the output voltage is changed according to the output of the monitor circuit (2).
