PURPOSE: A stand of a display device is provided to supply the maximal stability by maximizing the coupling force between the stand body and the base through the simple operation which pulls back a second coupling member. CONSTITUTION: A base is laid on an installation surface, and a stand body(10) is placed on an upper side portion of the base. The stand body supports the display body, and a coupling device couples the stand body with the base. The coupling device includes the followings. A first coupling member(30) is inserted into the inner side of the stand body, and a second coupling member(40) is coupled to the first coupling member. The base contacts the installation surface and forms the bottom plane of the stand device(1). A guide unit(21) is formed at the upper portion of the base.
