A mobile telecommunication device comprises a first part (601) and a second part (602) interconnected by a hinge. Said first part comprises a display (606), a radio transmitter/receiver (604) an internal antenna (603), a loudspeaker (605) and a microphone (611), and said second part comprises an arrangement for fastening a battery (610) to said second part, said second part being configured to be held in a user's hand during operation of the mobile telecommunication device. The mobile telecommunication device further comprises a plurality of keys (608, 609), wherein at least a major part of said plurality of keys is comprised in said second part.
