System for managing free spaces and advertisements, which aids a vehicle driver to localize a free space on a parking lot by visually displaying the information in a screen mounted over a module arranged in strategic points of important vehicular affluence, the system also managing advertising information in screens located in the same module where the first screen was set. The inventive system may help the driver to reduce fuel and time, and may improve the organization logistic and traffic in the parking lot, thus contributing with the ecology since it reduces polluting gases produced by vehicles.
