PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent twisting of a counterweight and materialize the effective utilization of space while achieving an improvement in transmission feeling. SOLUTION: The device is equipped with a outer lever 130 fixed to a control shaft 140 in an outer part of a transmission case, connected to a change lever by a cable 121 and turned by shift direction operation of the change lever, and a counterweight 150 turned in synchronization with the turn of the outer lever 130. The counterweight 150 contains a first weight part 151, a second weight part 152 lighter than the first weight part 151, a supporting shaft 154 vertically extended in a position apart from the control shaft 140 and an arm part 153 for coupling the first weight part 151 with the second weight part 152. The supporting shaft 154 is disposed on the upper part of the transmission case and provided to a front end farthest from an engine. The counterweight 150 is formed so that the second weight part 152 is turned in the outer peripheral part of a clutch housing, the outer peripheral part of the transmission case and a space surrounded by vehicle component members.
