PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing buoys having reinforcing rims, capable of the smooth pass of a rope through the end of a hole of the buoy, is provided to prevent the breakage of the buoy by improving the strength of the end of the hole of the buoy. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing buoys having reinforcing rims is as follows. Upper and lower molds corresponding to the shape of a buoy(40) are manufactured. The buoy is manufactured by inserting melted synthetic resin liquid in the upper and lower molds. The intensity is improved by forming a reinforcement frame(60) at the end part of a hole of the buoy. Reinforcement frame grooves are formed around of the end part of the hole of the buoy.
