PURPOSE: A light illuminating lamp with a fountain system is provided to maximize the visual, the auditive, and the olfactory effects of fountain by adding harmless coloring and natural freshener to water. CONSTITUTION: A light illuminating part(10) of a street lamp is composed of a light illuminating unit. A pillar part(20) of the street lamp includes the light illuminating part and a pillar part fixed to the ground. A water storing part(30) for a fountain system store water and receive water. A water supplying part(40) for the fountain system includes a pump. A water inducing part(50) is formed in the fountain system.
