PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrosion-resistant member which is joined to the surface of a ceramic base material and can easily be released with a low corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: The corrosion-resistant member 3 consisting of a sintered body composed mainly of at least one kind selected from Group II or Group III elements of the periodic table, is joined to the surface of the ceramic base material 2 through a mutual diffusion layer 4 between the ceramic base material 2 and the corrosion-resistant member 3. |
