<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably form a skin cleavage target part in a skin made from polyurethane. <P>SOLUTION: Before the skin cleavage target part in the skin of polyurethane to be disposed to an outer surface of an airbag door by putting a tip of a protruding blade part onto the outer surface to thin the skin cleavage target part, at least a part 32 in which the skin cleavage target part should be formed is humidified. The part 32 is humidified by bringing water vapor of 80 to 100°C generated by a humidifying means 50 into contact with the part 32 for 30 to 60 seconds. A 50% modulus of the humidified part 32 is thereby set to be 1.5 to 4.0 Mpa.
