<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio apparatus capable of improving visibility of a communication status and effectively utilizing a mounting area of a substrate on which an antenna element is mounted, or light flux of a light emitting element. <P>SOLUTION: A radio apparatus 1 comprises an antenna element 2, an antenna substrate 3, a light emitting element 4, a light guide member 5, an upper case 10a, and a lower case 10b. The antenna element 2 is mounted on one side of a terminal portion of the antenna substrate 3, and the light guide member 5 is disposed at a position facing another side of the antenna substrate 3 and corresponding to the back of the antenna element 2. The light emitting element 4 is mounted on a side, opposite to the antenna element mounting side, of the antenna substrate 3 and disposed away from the antenna element 2 up to an area where characteristics of the antenna element 2 are not affected. The light flux of the light emitting element 4 is emitted, by the light guide member 5, in three axial directions (towards an upper face, the front, the back and right and left side faces of the radio apparatus), approximately orthogonal to each other, including the light emitting direction of the light emitting element 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
