PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent display device manufacturing method is provided to prevent the deterioration of an organic electroluminescent display device by forming a dummy aging substrate which applies an aging voltage to the second electrode of an organic electroluminescent diode substrate through a dummy spacer. CONSTITUTION: An insulation pattern covered by a metal layer is patterned to a dummy aging substrate(400). A second substrate(102) faces the dummy aging substrate. An organic electroluminescent diode includes a first electrode(123), an organic light emitting layer(125), and a second electrode(127). The second substrate comprises a first and a second contact spacer. The dummy aging substrate and the second substrate are attached to each other in order to contact the first contact spacer with the metal layer. A high voltage is applied to the first electrode and the metal layer. |
