PURPOSE: A multifunctional cooker with a detachable handle is provided to prevent the overflow of soup or the opening of a cover due to pressure during cooking by discharging the internal steam through the handle. CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional cooker comprises a cooking pan(10) and a lid. The cooking pan includes a base part(12) made of a perforated plate, a peripheral part(14) which is formed at fixed height on the perimeter of the base part, a protrusion(14a) which is formed on the top of the peripheral part to mount a detachable handle, and a hanging element(14b) which is formed on the wall of the peripheral part and hung on the top of an auxiliary pan. The lid, having an exhaust structure for discharging the pressure created in cooking, is installed on the top of the peripheral part. |
