<p>The device (1) has closure elements comprising a blow nozzle (14), which is moveable with respect to mold parts (4, 6). A clamp and a stretching rod (15) treat the preforms, during molding operation. Drive devices (22, 24, 26, 28) move closure elements for transferring blow mold (2) between a closed state and open state. Other drive devices (25) are provided for operating the clamp and the stretching rod and designed as electrical drive devices (32, 34, 35, 36, 38) i.e. electrical motors e.g. servo motors. A control unit is provided for controlling the former and the latter drive devices. An independent claim is also included for a method for molding plastic preforms into plastic containers.</p> |
