The arrangement has two telescopic posts (1, 2) arranged at a distance parallel to each other. Movement between two post parts (21, 22) of one of the posts is transmitted on one of the post parts of the other post. A shaft rotates one of the posts for transmitting the movement to the post parts during the movement between the post parts. A flexible tension member e.g. rope, chain and belt, is connected with ends of the post parts of the posts, where the ends face the post parts. Gear wheels are rotatably fixed at the shaft. An independent claim is also included for a bed comprising upper and lower frames. |
