PURPOSE: An earthquake-proof reinforced composite panel and an earthquake-proof reinforcement construction method using the same are provided to improve the structural properties of a building wall, such as the flexibility and the resistance against bending or crack, through stress distribution. CONSTITUTION: An earthquake-proof reinforced composite panel comprises a honeycomb reinforcing material(10) which is coated for electric insulation, a power supply which is connected to the honeycomb reinforcing material for the heating in winter season, a plurality of fixing members(20) which are fixed to a wall on one side and coupled to the frame of the honeycomb reinforcing material on the other, repair mortar(110) which is filled in the cells of the honeycomb reinforcing material, and a plurality of panels(30) which are installed in a lattice pattern with the perimeters contacting each other. |
