<p>PURPOSE: A broadcasting receiving method for providing a data broadcasting service in the limited space and an apparatus thereof are provided to facilitate a banner used in advertisement through a data broadcasting service by configuring a banner image. CONSTITUTION: A signal of a broadcast channel which a user selects is received(400). An application data for a data broadcasting service is received by using data-only channel(410). A banner descriptive data obtains by using the received application data. A banner image is composed according to banner attribute information(420). The composed banner image of the received broadcast channel are synthesized(430). The banner descriptive data is registered in the banner manager.</p> |
