PURPOSE: A panel with a three-dimensional pattern on a metal plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to form a three-dimensional pattern on a metal plate by using a silk screen net. CONSTITUTION: A panel with a three-dimensional pattern on a metal plate comprises a coating layer, three-dimensional patterns(50), and a protective layer or a UV coating layer. The coating layer is formed on a metal plate. The three-dimensional patterns are formed on the coating layer. The protective layer or the UV coating layer is formed on the three-dimensional patterns.
