<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep strength of a filter even if an acidic adsorbent is used. <P>SOLUTION: This chemical filter 10 is composed by fixing an acidic absorbent 12 to a urethane-based base material 11 with a urethane binder.
