<p>A fluid pump motor in the shape of axial piston is provided to decrease a flow rate of fluid toward fluid ports and reduce noise caused by collision between fluid, thereby restraining the fluid noise even though pressure of the fluid is increased. A fluid pump motor in the shape of axial piston includes a slide contact surface(50) of a slide contacting a cylinder block of a timing plate(42). The contact surface is formed with cutaway grooves(51,52,57,58) extended between fluid ports(43,44) from high pressure side to low pressure side. The cutaway grooves respectively have a sectional surface, of which a depth becomes smaller toward the fluid ports of low pressure. The sectional surface is in the shape of rectangular groove approximately. Both side surfaces(53,54) of the groove are inclined to become wider toward the slide contact surface.</p> |
