<p>A connector enabling impedance matching and EMI countermeasure to be taken. The connector has a second shield member (50) detachably provided to the connector body (10) and opposed to a first shield member (40) with terminals (20) interposed therebetween. Therefore, when the second shield member (50) is attached to the connector body (10), the back of a flexible circuit (1) is covered with the second shield member (50), thereby enabling an EMI countermeasure to be taken. When the second shield member (50) is detached from the connector body (10), no capacitance between the terminals (20) and the second shield member (50) is produced. As a result, impedance matching can be done. Therefore, since a single connector can realize impedance matching and the EMI countermeasure, it is unnecessary to separately fabricate connectors having structures corresponding to their functions, and it is possible to reduce the manufacturing cost of the connector.</p> |
