There is provided a formulation for oral administration (1) including a liquid storing portion (11) in which peripheries of overlaid water-soluble edible films (10) are bonded, a closed space is formed inside the films and water-insoluble layers (21) are laminated inside the water-soluble edible films (10) and an aqueous liquid (W) is stored inside the layers, and
a drug storing portion (12a) which is adjacent to the liquid storing portion (11) and in which peripheries of overlaid edible films (10) are bonded and a closed space is formed inside the films and a drug (Da) is stored inside the space.
