PURPOSE: An electronic casebook paper formation apparatus and a clinical test service system using the same and a method thereof are provided to rapidly generate the various electronic casebook papers to the clinical test researcher through metadata. CONSTITUTION: A clinical trial metadata database(1402) stores necessary metadata in the production of the casebooks. An electronic case report generating server(1404) receives a message metadata in response to a user interface from the clinical test metadata. The electronics casebook paper generating server generates the electronics casebook case report form. An electronic case report database(1406) stores an electronic document.
