PURPOSE: A panel for wall construction and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve the fire retardant characteristic and enable the recycle of a panel for wall construction. CONSTITUTION: A panel for wall construction comprises a metal junction plate(11) and metal side plates(12). The metal junction plate is formed by forming a concavo-convex pattern on the top and bottom of a metal sheet. The metal side plates are made of metal sheets and attached to both sides of the metal junction plate.
