PURPOSE: A playlist update apparatus in an internet sound source broadcasting service according to the preference of music is provided to improve the continuity of the broadcasting by dynamically updating the sound source. CONSTITUTION: A sound source broadcasting transmission module(100) transmits the sound source to client in a streaming type. A play list storage module(300) stores a playlist. A use log analysis module(400) analyzes the use log among clients. A play list update module(500) selects sound source by suing an analyzed use log. The playlist renewal module includes the selected sound source in the playlist.
