CONTROLLER FOR LED LIGHTING

PURPOSE: A controller for an LED lamp is provided to prevent the overheat of an LED which is not operated due to a module rated voltage by blocking the module rated voltage supplied to the LED cluster module using a non-operation overvoltage of the LED. CONSTITUTION: An LED cluster module(2) mounting a plurality of LEDs is embedded in a light transmitting housing(1) sealed with a cap(3). A controller(90) applies the module rated voltage for driving the LED cluster module to the LED cluster module. The control box turns on the LEDs by controlling the driving of the LED cluster module. The control box is connected to a branch line(62) which is branched from an LED lamp(10). A fuse case(64) includes a fuse which is short-circuited with the non-operation overvoltage of the LED.
