<p>PURPOSE: A ferrite steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent overload by limiting the cold working percentage reduction of a slab to 85% or less and to enhance entire strength. CONSTITUTION: A ferrite steel sheet consists of carbon of 0~0.0055weight% or less, silicon of 0.01~0.35 weight%, manganese of 0.15~0.7weight%, sulfur of 0.007~0.013weight%, aluminum of 0.025~0.065weight%, nitrogen of 0~0.005weight% or less, titanium of 0.005~0.015weight%, Cu of 0~0.06wetigh% or less, niobium of 0.01~0.05weight%, phosphorus of 0.04~0.09weight%, boron of 0.001~0.005weight% or less, iron and impurity. The ferrite steel sheet comprises a BN precipitated material and an NbC precipitated material. The amount of the NbC precipitated material is more than that of the BN precipitated material. The ferrite steel sheet comprises an AIN precipitated material.</p> |
