PURPOSE: A liner test tool and a cylinder liner inspecting method thereof are provided to inspect the running side of the cylinder liner of a combustion engine. CONSTITUTION: A liner inspecting tool(50) includes a test tool(65), a control device(55), and a connecting unit(60). The test tool comprises a bearing rail, a rotary table, and a time test tool. The connecting unit supplies power and transmits measurement data and a control signal. The rotary table is installed on the bearing rail. The time test tool measures the inner diameter and running surface(35) of a cylinder liner(25). The time test tool inspects the surface state of the running surface. The test tool has a insertable size for the cylinder liner through the hole(30) of the liner.
