SINGLE CRYSTAL POWER CABLE MANUFACTURING METHOD AND THE SINGLE CRYSTAL POWER CABLE

PURPOSE: A single crystal power cable attaching an LED line and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture various power cable products with high quality by coating an insulation tube and compressing a single crystal in-out terminal with a wire. CONSTITUTION: An in-out terminal(600) of a single crystal power cable is processed from a grown signal crystal. The in-out terminal is made by a press process using a mold with a wire cut or pattern. The wire is combined with the in-out terminal of the power cable. An LED line is attached to display the flow of power from 110V or 220V by attaching an adapter circuit. An external transparent expander is coated to surround the wire, the insulation tube, and the LED line.
