PURPOSE: A variable area type capacitive sensor is provided to improve the signal stability of a sensor by offsetting electrostatic capacity after changing a structure to offset the vertical displacement of a signal. CONSTITUTION: A sensor includes an upper electrode(20) and a lower electrode(40). The upper electrode is fixed to a one body. The lower electrode moves by being separated into at least two parts. The upper electrode has a size having a 1/2 cycle. The lower electrode has a size in which each is added to have a 1/2n cycle. A positive signal and a negative signal are used in the lower electrode.
