摘要 PURPOSE: A polymer-based tile adhesive is provided to improve elasticity, water resistance, durability and adhesion strength by using VA/VV/E(vinyl acetate, vinyl versatate, ethylene) ternary copolymer re-emulsified powdered resin and HEMC(Hydroxy Ethyl Methyl Cellulose). CONSTITUTION: A polymer-based tile adhesive comprises white portland cement 35-45 weight %, 60-100mesh silica 25-40 weight %, 100-200mesh silica 15-30 weight %, HEMC 0.3-1.5 weight %, cellulose fiber 1-5 weight %, and VA/VV/E(vinyl acetate, vinyl versatate, ethylene) re-emulsified powdered resin 2-10 weight %. The VA/VV/E re-emulsified powdered resin has apparent specific gravity of 400-600 g/L and solid content of 98-100 weight %.
