THE PINUS DENSIFLORA GRAFTING WAY THAT USED A PLANTING CONTAINER

摘要

PURPOSE: A grafting method for pinus densiflora using containerized seedling is provided to mass-produce Pinus densiflora grafts on containerized seedling by performing return grafting in a containerized seedling state. CONSTITUTION: A grafting method for pinus densiflora using containerized seedling comprises the steps of: producing biennial containerized seedling of Pinus thunbergii Parlatore or pine tree; preparing a rootstock(150) for return grafting; making an incision layer(151); a scion forming layer(161); performing grafting; installing a double greenhouse construction; maintaining photosynthetically active light of average 30umol m^-2 s^-1, mean temperature of 21.4°C and average humidity of 93.75%; purifying temperature and humidity inside the double greenhouse; acclimatizing the inside of the double greenhouse with the external environment; removing the double greenhouse after 3 weeks; and after 1 year edge, transplanting it to the ground.
